About me

Hello, I’m Silvija.

I am Silvija Petkevičiūtė — a psychologist, psychotherapy practitioner and ICF life coach. My aim is to help people understand themselves and find their way to inner calm and personal growth.

In my practice I work with people who face anxiety, burnout, various fears, difficulty reaching their goals, complicated relationships — with others and with themselves — the search for inner balance, and the everyday questions life brings.
